Port monitoring not documented for Windows agent

Objective

Linux agent documentation/configuration script supports port monitoring. Unclear if Windows agent support monitoring ports.

Ask community/maintainer for input.

Plan

If Windows agent supports port monitoring then submit a PR to update the wiki on GitHub to relfect this and enter a support ticket in the HT portal to have the documentation amended accordingly.

Judging from the code port monitoring doesn't seem to be implemented. I also believe this is not something trivial to do.
Atm only some general metrics like os, cpu type & load, disk usage, ram, swap and network usage (rx+tx) are being collected.
