Support other KMP targets #163

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm about to use this library in a pet-project of mine. Besides Android and iOS I also target JVM (Desktop), which is a blocker ATM.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add additional jvm target to charty. As this library does not declare any expect/ actual code, it should be easily possible to match CMP's targets.
