Doesn’t work

Hello,

I have a Server on Digitalocean in California in USA, and tried to set HiddifyCli as client on a cloud Ubuntu24 server in China, so that the server in China can access global resources.

I followed tutorial at https://hiddify.com/app/HiddifyCli-guide/

Here is what I tried:

1. Create new subscription url and also set it in HiddifyCli with clientconfi.json

2. Expert settings from the local Hiddify client on mac, and put it into Hiddifyappconfi.json

3. Then run hiddifyCli by both subscription url and App configure methods.

However I already failed to make it work after trying lots of time by reinstalling HiddifyCli on the server in China.

Could you please let me know if it is workable?

Or, maybe I misunderstood what should be expected from HiddifyCli?

Here is what I did:

1. Prepare the Environment

Run the following command on your server:

mkdir -p /usr/bin/hiddify && chmod 755 /usr/bin/hiddify

2. Copy the Files to the Server

From your local machine, run:

scp /Users/leealex1/Downloads/hiddify-cli-linux-amd64-v3.tar.gz root@server IP:/usr/bin/hiddify

3. Extract HiddifyCLI

On the server, run:

tar -xzf /usr/bin/hiddify/hiddify-cli*.tar.gz -C /usr/bin/hiddify
chmod +x /usr/bin/hiddify/HiddifyCli

4. Configure config.json

nano /usr/bin/hiddify/config.json
chmod 600 /usr/bin/hiddify/config.json

5. Configure hiddifyappconfig.json

nano /usr/bin/hiddify/hiddifyappconfig.json
chmod 600 /usr/bin/hiddify/hiddifyappconfig.json

Then, run:

/usr/bin/hiddify/HiddifyCli run
-c /usr/bin/hiddify/config.json
-d /usr/bin/hiddify/hiddifyappconfig.json

but it show:
