TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'audioContext.createMediaStreamSource') Showing error in iphones

I have addpipe/simple-web-audio-recorder-demo(but,using web-audio-recorder-js) implementing laravel applications, android, windows(desktop) working fine.

But, In iphones and IOS not working after 4th voice recording, only accept 4 voice recording.

It showing errror -> TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'audioContext.createMediaStreamSource').

How to solve the issue?
