Why disable save_to_disk for streaming datasets?

Hi @hiyouga found that when I tried to save the streaming data into the disk (for later use of loading from the disk), it will raise the following errors

Turn off dataset streaming to save cache files.

I'm curious why disabling this?
It might be very useful for handling very huge dataset.
