Documentation language inconsistency: sidebar translated but content remains in Chinese

Description

When switching the documentation language to English, only the sidebar menu is translated while the main content remains in Chinese.

Expected Behavior

Both the sidebar and main content should switch to English when the English language option is selected.

Actual Behavior

• Sidebar: Translated to English ✓
• Main content: Remains in Chinese ✗
