Failed to query cluster

hi,

I deployed kube-resource-report to my cluster (aws kops) and opened:
http://localhost:8080/index.html

I see the following error:

Failed to query cluster 100-64-0-1:443: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='100.64.0.1', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/v1/namespaces (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7fdf357d1910>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused'))

how to fix it?
