[mod1-06] Limited IOS missing from boot diagram

There is no "_ultimate no_" to the "_Find IOS_" path in the diagram. The fact that a limited IOS will be booted, ready to accept commands to an hopefully succesfull boot is lost.

Also, there is no explicit mention of "bootstrap code".
