I have minGW installed. I am getting a "Fatal Error C1083: could not open
include file io.h"

Hmm, can you try installing the python packages using Anaconda? I unfortunately don't have a windows computer, so it's hard for me to provide guidance here. |
I just merged #21. Can you guys see if this fixed your set up issues? |
