[BUG] Set thickness not reflecting on lines Mac OS

Hello, I would like to report that changing the entity scale value does not reflect on the lines, but only on the points, which makes it really hard to see on Mac devices.

Hi I'm having the same issue on a MacBook Pro, Chip: Apple M2 Max, Memory: 32GB, OS: Sequoia 15.3.1, cad sketcher version 0.27.5, blender 4.4.0. Entity scale has no effect on line thickness. From the top menu, Edit->Preferences->Interface -> Line Width has no effect on line thickness either.
