Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I'm curious: how come the Home Assistant Android Companion app hasn't been updated lately? From what I saw, the last Play Store update was on August 22, 2025. I’d been hoping for a few bug fixes and enhancements. 😊 Is there a roadmap or blocker that’s delaying updates? Anything I (or others) in the community can help with (testing, bug reports, review, etc.)? Thanks for all the work you’ve done so far! I really appreciate the effort and hope everything is okay behind the scenes. 🤗 P.S. I don’t mean to sound pushy. I’m just genuinely curious to see how things are going. Totally understand that development takes time and appreciate all the effort that goes into keeping the app great! 🎉 |

Hello, we are actually stuck in review with Google for the last month. We do have some latest fixes and features in the beta but we are just waiting for Google to approve our release so we can get the fixes and updates out to everyone! Right now we have a bit of back and forth with them so thats where the hold up is and there isnt much we can do until we get the release approved. |
