Dashboard tile for Wear OS

Hi,
I got the HA Companion App on Galaxy S24 and Samsung Watch 5 pro (Wear OS 5)
I'd appreciate a Wear OS tile like a dashboard with mixed entities like switches / sensors on my watch.
I tried:

• Favourites, but there are only switches.
• Template tiles, you can only display sensors and switch states in text mode, but no switches.
• Shortcuts, there is no status information and no sensors
• Home Slide-App or Wearable Widgets App, not availeable for Wear OS 5

Could look like this, but also with sensors like temperature, humidity etc:
