Refactor/Clean up Location Manager into more manageable pieces

The following file should be refactored/cleaned as it currently has a lot of logic and has become hard to follow overtime

Clean up into more manageable pieces so its easy to follow

No alternative here, we just need to make things easier on ourselves

There hasn't been any activity on this issue recently. Due to the high number of incoming GitHub notifications, we have to clean some of the old issues, as many of them have already been resolved with the latest updates.
