Ability to Replicate the Same Header Across Multiple Dashboard Pages

It would be useful to have a way to define a single header and apply it across multiple or all dashboard pages in Home Assistant's UI.

Currently, if we want a consistent header (e.g., with some badges like people in house, weather info, etc.), we have to manually duplicate it across all views, which is hard to maintain.

I would add that it is a generic demand since a long time for the same capability with generic cards (and not only header) that you could copy paste in order to be easily maintained.

I currently use https://github.com/brunosabot/streamline-card for that purpose, with a full width section on top containing a streamline card with my header, easily copied an maintained in a single place.

But this requires YAML and custom components...
