Improve area dashbord with occupancy and windows status entities support

I think that beside temperature and humidity it would be great to have also occupancy and windows status entities as related sensor to the area.

This is my custom setup made using heading card:

and this is what is automatically shown in new area dashboard

also have temperature with red color icon and humiditiy with light blue colour in my idea would be a good improvement.
