Tooltip on Manual Backup modal closes modal when off hover

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When viewing the manual backup modal, once the size estimate has been made, hovering over the (i) shows a tooltip. When you stop hovering over the tooltip, both the tooltip and the modal are removed.

Describe the behavior you expected

the tooltip to not affect the modal.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. go to https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/backup/
2. click "+ Backup Now"
3. click "Manual backup"
4. wait for "Loading size estimate..." to disappear
5. hover over the (i) next to "Estimated back size"
6. move mouse off of the (i)

Would you share the screenshot if you don't mind? or video would be better.
