"PAN" and "ID" should be capitalized in Thread information dialog #28815

Describe the issue you are experiencing
In the dialog with the Thread network details the abbreviations "PAN" (Personal Area Network) and "ID" are not capitalized:
Describe the behavior you expected
These labels should be
- Dataset ID
- PAN ID
- Extended PAN ID
Perhaps these labels could be made translatable here, too.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Go to /config/thread
- Click on the (i) button in the upper right.
