Hello 👋

Device model, version and app version

Model Name: Apple M3 Pro
macOS Version: Tahoe 26.1
App Version: 2025.11.2 (2025.1537)
Safari Version: Version 26.1 (21622.2.11.11.9)

Home Assistant Core Version
2025.12.5

Describe the bug

On the macOS companion application, when I try to speak with assist, I get a "No text recognized" error.
I've looked at the logs and I see this error that seems related:

Enregistreur: homeassistant.components.cloud.stt
Source: components/cloud/stt.py:119
Dernier enregistrement: 12:04:21

Voice error: Error processing fr-FR speech: 400 Invalid HTTP request.

I've tried using the website version via Chrome and it correctly works.
I also tried changing my microphone, switching from an USB one to the built-in one. While USB is failing, built-in is correctly picked-up.

The permission for microphone access are correctly set.

To Reproduce

Open the app, click the assist microphone icon and talk to it.

Expected behavior

Voice recognition should work.
