Description
iOS device model, version and app version
Model Name: iPhone 12
Software Version: 26.2.1
App version: 2026.1.1 (2026.1652)
Home Assistant Core Version
2026.1.2
Describe the bug
I want to create a Automation in the Apple Shortcuts app.
I select my trigger and when it asks for the actions, the HA app is not listed in the list of available actions.
When I create a normal sortcut in the app, it lists HA as an app that can do actions and I can select my desired actions there.
But not when creating an Automation.
To Reproduce
Create an Automation in the Apple Shortcuts app and then try to add a HA action.
Expected behavior
Can add HA actions when creating an automation.

Additional context
The very interesting thing is, that it's not only HA that is missing, other apps are missing as well.
I also already have an older automation with HA actions that still exists and works fine.
I just cannot add any new HA actions to any existing automation or any new automation.
I don't know if the existing automation is from before iOS 26, it might be.
I tried to google it and have tried:
- Offloading the shortcuts app and reinstalling it. I read that automation are not backed up so deleting it should be avoided (while on iOS 26.1 and again on 26.2.1).
- Offloading the HA app and reinstalling it (while on iOS 26.2.1)
- Restarting the phone (while on iOS 26.1).
- Updating from iOS 26.1 to 26.2.1
I don't even know if this is an HA bug or an Apple Shortcuts bug...
