Migrating to `honeycombio_flexible_board` puts all panels in a single column

Steps to reproduce

We've been following the migration steps to migrate our honeycomb configuration in terraform. Previously our boards (honeycombio_board) had queries in two columns. However now when terraform recreates them with honeycombio_flexible_board, the panels are all in one column. I can move the panels manually, but whenever terraform updates them it puts them back in one column. We want them to be in two columns by default.

I know we can use the

      position {
        x_coordinate = 5
        y_coordinate = 0
      }

but this is much less convenient than just having it default to two columns.

Although your legacy board currently renders in two columns, the layout is actually responsive and adapts to screen size. Legacy boards support both single-column and multi-column modes, and in multi-column mode, the layout can switch between two or three columns depending on the resolution.

Would automatically generating a flexible board with a multi-column layout help address the issue? In this setup, the layout defaults to three columns, which tends to accommodate the majority of use cases.

Hi there, yes I think that would be good. All we need is a default layout that fills the screen and arranges the boards in rows/columns in order.
