We noticed two main usability issues with document attachments in Help Desk tickets:

Drag-and-drop support:
Currently, employees must click on the paperclip icon to upload a file. It would be much more intuitive if they could drag and drop a document directly from their computer into the "Documents" box on the right side of the ticket.

Unclear attachment process:
After adding an attachment, it’s not obvious that a message also needs to be written and submitted. Several employees add a document using the paperclip but don’t realize they must type a message before sending. This makes the process confusing and error-prone.

Suggested improvements:

Add drag-and-drop functionality for documents into the "Documents" section.

Make the workflow clearer when uploading attachments (e.g., a notification, tooltip, or automatic message draft), so users understand that they need to submit a message with their document.

These improvements would simplify the process and reduce mistakes for employees.
