Bug: AI! command in files causes aider-desk to stop current task to complete.

Describe the bug
In text AI! for aider causes current agent / aritecture to stop address AI! then not go back to original task. AI! also sometimes get detected in .aider-desk files which cause a bug.

Environment:

• OS: win
• Version: 20-dev

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have agent do task
2. 2. Add comment with AI!

Expected behavior
suggested fix, finish agent / current job then doi the AI! tasks, also on boot may be worth finding AI! comments to do.

I broke my arm 2 days ago, but will likely address bugs / features I raise when i can type with both hands.

Yes, this one is quite rough and does not have too much handling there as it's been implemented before the Agent mode.

Fixing it might be a bit tricky as the watching of the files is done independently from AiderDesk in the Python connector for Aider, as this is internal Aider's functionality.
