Feature: Main model should remember and reuse edit format

When switching between models, especially when using newer models that Aider does not have record for yet, it sets the edit format to whole. User can switch the edit format, but when the model is switched back from different model, the format is set as default whole again. This can get annoying when you switch between models often, you also have to remember to switch the edit format too.

We should keep the track of the edit format per model per project, so the last used edit format is used when switching to a model.

AiderDesk currently relies on Aider for model-specific edit format information. Aider hardcodes this data, which causes it to become outdated for some models.

Given that most recent models perform well with the diff format, your suggestion to set diff as the default for all models is both reasonable and logical.
