Feature: stop MCP server if checkbox turned off

I have multiple MCP servers but not all are required to run right now.

run MCP servers once to get tools
and run it permanently only if checkbox turn on

Thanks for the feedback.

This appears to be a bug, since unchecked servers are expected to close. I will need to investigate this, as I may be forgetting information, or they are intentionally kept running for performance reasons (e.g., when switching between Agent profiles or projects).
