Issues #92 and #96 pertain to cloud resources, but some of us (it me) don't know how to set up a cluster in the cloud to begin with. It would help a lot to run through an informal tutorial, with an eye toward building a lesson to teach MagicCastle, CVFS, etc. *ahem* @ocaisa 😄
