Worker require modules

require in worker works reasonably well without going into downloading packages from jsdelivr.

It is unlikley we will have workaround for all weirdly packaged projects, and more likely we will require that is someone creates a npm package for jscad, that is plays nicely with our require.

Here is reminder for some resources describing various issues.
