Auto import not working for tsserver

I'm still relatively new to the plugin. I cannot get auto import to work. But the compeltion works fine as shown in image.
Can someone help me figure out what am i doing wrong?

It says "Auto import" in the completion. But when i select it, the method doesn't get imported automatically.

Here's my config. Most of it is default.
