CONTRIBUTING.md

All contributions are welcome. Simply fork and make a pull request.

A few guidlines:

1. Make sure npm test is all green
2. 100% coverage isn't necessary, but I'd like to keep it as high as possible
3. In general, the resources should accept and return what the API docs call for
