running snakemake workflow without shared filesystem

Do you have an example of Snakefile that works without shared filesystem on ospool ?

I followed the instructions mentioned here: https://github.com/htcondor/snakemake-executor-plugin-htcondor/blob/main/docs/further.md
but I keep getting errors releated input file transfer failure.

maybe I am missing something here.

Can you suggest anything ?

Hi @pradeepjasal, sorry for the delay getting back to you.

It'd be useful to me if you could share:

1. The directory structure of the stuff you're trying to submit with this (e.g. where things like your Snakefile and other inputs exist in relation to one another).
2. The stderr/stdout from Snakemake itself
3. Any HTCondor job logs that get generated from your submission attempt.

The answer is likely hidden in one of these places. Let's see if we can sniff it out!
