Run command on connection ?

Is there any way to run a command automatically once connected ?
I'm passing the server IP, Username and Password to wssh and this connects and logs me in.

On one specific server, I'd like to run 'su\npassword' to send the su command and my password as soon as I log in.

Is this possible ?
