Problem

Related to #271 and #272 , same reasons, but a bit more advanced use case. It would be great to have the per-process memory and cpu usage (at least), to be able to allocate embodied impacts to running softwares.

Solution

New metrics alongside scaph_process_power, like scaph_process_cpu_* and scaph_process_ram_*.

IO would be great as well.
