Shortcuts Editor shows duplicate shortcut prompt repeatedly #702
Description
When entering a new shortcut, if the new key sequence is already in-use for a different shortcut a prompt will be displayed asking if the user wants to replace the old shortcut or cancel. This prompt may be displayed multiple times for the same duplicate (and regardless of the user's answer).
