you can check that the function exists here

the most probably cause is that you're using:

from diffusers import export_to_video

instead of:

from diffusers.utils import export_to_video

if you're using the second line, then there's something wrong with your installation of diffusers.

I think it used to work with

from diffusers import export_to_video

But at some point my IDE linter was complaining so switched to importing from diffusers.utils
