Currently, when a request to access a gated model (llama model family) on Hugging Face is denied, there is no way to request access again. It doesn’t make sense that a single rejection results in permanent loss of access to that model.
Please add a re-request button so that users can apply for access again if needed. Without this feature, users face unnecessary restrictions when trying to utilize models.
I believe this needs improvement. Looking forward to your thoughts.

Please do not recommend other models such as unsloth model etc.

Hi @falconlee236, sorry about that. The thing is that we (as HF) don't have a hand on who Meta approves / rejects. Adding a button to re-request access can add some burden for the model authors as they would potentially have to re-reject (or approve) users. I don't have a ready-to-use solution right now on this topic so I'll leave the issue open.
