Back/Forward navigation should work with pages

Currently when you land on the repos page (with more than one page of repos), navigate to the second datagrid page, and press the back button you end up on whatever page you were on before you were on the repos page. Grid pagination state should push to the history stack so that you don't end up losing your place.
