watermeter stand and water meter total do not increase at the same time

Describe the bug*

watermeter stand and water meter total do not increase at the same time

as you can see, the increase is at a different moment. I would expect an on_press on_release difference, but that can't be as only on_press is used

Expected behaviour

The values increase at the same time.

It indeed is better now,

I noticed one thine
Pin D2 is used twice,
"watermeter Totaal" derives from the "pulse_meter "
where "watermeter stand" derives from total_water_pulses

I would asume the pulsmeter only to be used for pulses per minute
and all stands and totals to use the pulse count.
