Fix underlining of button when navigating using backward/forward command
As pointed out by @ilaffey2:
Small bug where opening page changes banner but it doesn't reset on back button
Steps to reproduce:
- Open https://dashboard.hulse.app/clusters
- Click FAQ (or Docs)
- Click "Back" on browser
- Observe that FAQ is still underlined, but we are on clusters page.
