Describe the bug

After we successfully pulled historical candles and reviewed top markets, generating strategy config would return an valueError: The humber of observation cannot be determined on an empty matrix

Steps to reproduce bug

  1. Run a dneitor market_analyzer and use gate_io
  2. Observe when generating strategy_config
