Setup instructions #6
Description
Please provide the instruction to run using xelatex, and specify a list of required CTAN packages. To get this building, I needed:
sudo tlmgr install everypage background titlesec microtype upquote enumitem tcolorbox environ trimspaces siunitx was multirow
The last two were the new ones above and beyond what Jackal's manual used.
