Contributing rules : no AUTHORS file or something like that

We actually lack of an AUTHORS file or so that contains contributors names, as we say in CONTRIBUTING.md that we add contributors to Copyright section, but such a section doesn't exist at this time.

Could you please add @hwpplayers into the Copyright section ? Because this is not only a @masscollabs work. And here is a hackerspace not a company workspace...

And then we'll add the other authors, communities or companies into the Copyright section. I think it will be fair...

Strange that you ask that to me that way since you wrote that in your readme in master branch. But I can do that.

At the end of the day, we are @hwpplayers @procyberian-linux @amassivus and @masscollabs and other individual authors or and other organizations that will join our projects, so no need to hurry, but from now on i'll always ask you and all contributors about organization decisions, to be a member of a free community.

@NeoX95 I changed the Copyright holders part, so this issue should remain and pinned, because AUTHORS should be able to discuss how we should make new changes... Thanks
