Addition of translation

Hi, thanks for your great work.
As discussed on https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-android-client-3-8-0-rc1-is-out/58670/12. would it be possible to add translation files in any form to your code in order to give users a generic experience? On the Nextcloud project Transiflex is mostly used, but Crowdin or Weblate works well also. All in order to keep the coder coding and leave translation to people who like to contribute to your project with their competences.
