Description
Docs should be written in https://github.com/hydrargyrum/lierre/tree/master/docs. They will be exposed at https://lierre.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
They should expose end-user manual, and plugin developer manual (with plugin API). There are some TODO items in the docs now.
