Update to support Hy 1.0.0 (Afternoon Review)

Given the recent major release of Hy 1.0.0 (Afternoon Review), now seems an opportune moment to resurrect this project and catch it up to the current master in hylang/hy. 

Subsumes the previous issues #16 and #17 .

Are any maintainers of this project still active and interested in giving it a tune-up?
