[version] Update aead #227
Description
Currently this is not a trivial dependency. Need to make the following changes.
- Merge [feature] #224: Ursa bump to edition 2021 and trivial dependencies #225
- Update API; need to split off
AeadandAeadCoretrait members. - Find workaround to generically instantiate
Aeadinstances (NewAeadwas deprecated). - Update all other dependencies.
