Minor UX issues with extracting zip files in File Manager

If you extract a .zip file the File Manager automatically suggests a folder name which matches the zip file name exactly. This results in an error. We probably shouldn't include ".zip" in the suggested file name. We may also want to consider adding a checkbox asking "extract contents into parent folder?" or something along those lines, to let people unpack a zip into the same folder the zip is in.
