Add reminder options for monthly tasks

Monthly Reminders

Hello,
for full functionality in my habits I would need something like

• Note down power meter counter value on each first of month
• Do a bank transaction on the 5th of each month
• Do something on the last day of the month

Last of month could maybe be done by logic, if 31 is given and the month has only 31/28/29, then that one is taken.

Right now I can say Monthly, but the reminder is only Mo-Su. First of month is always a different weekday. So maybe the Reminder field gives in Monthly habits a different view?
