adding new deadline algorithm in sort by menu increasing tasking execution and response exponentially, here is the algorithm get habit total_target - remain target / priority factor.

example:

1. 'plant' target 7 in a week priority factor 3; 7-0/3 = 2.3
2. 'home care' target 7 in a week priority factor 1; 7-0/1 = 7

lower the score mean nearest the deadline, so app score show plant on top then home care on bottom relative
