Only receive notifications when I open the app

Description

When I configure reminders for habits. I receive the notifications the next time I open them app. Not when I configure them. As you can imagine, this makes them rather pointless.

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a habit and enable daily notifications
2. Wait a day
3. Open the app

System information

• Phone: moto g24 power
• Phone Operating System: Android 14
• App version: 2.3.1
