Offline rendering

Thank you again for the great project.

I found that the HTML rendering does not work because it requires some js/css files
from internet.

Is there any workaround for this?

Thank you @HidemotoNakada, I had been considering offline vs online rendering for a while and opted for online in order to reduce the output size.

Now I'd change my mind and I'd argue offline rendering is preferred. Maybe it could become an option.
