Full-width page margin content

Hello and thank you for this great project! 😊

I've been getting to grips with it for a few days now and it looks really powerful for generating standardized documents and documentation.

There's just one feature missing that would make it perfect for my company's automated document management:
The ability to add custom headers and footers. I'd like to be able to add an image and a date in the header and a small centered text in the footer.
This could be done via specific tags or directly in a custom theme.

Here is an example of the header I would like to obtain:

I tested “page margin content” and it's really good! But it imposes a certain size for the content, in terms of width. That doesn't quite suit me.

It should be possible to merge topleftcorner and topleft. 🧐

@victorprouff I'm adding full-width page margin content to my to-do list. However, in your header example, wouldn't top-left (for the name) and top-right (for the date) be enough?
